My Approach
I view therapy as a journey, where I work collaboratively to help clients understand themselves better. As part of the therapeutic process, clients begin to understand the choices they’ve made, often connecting the past to the present, and looking at how formative relationships have contributed to those choices. Clients often start therapy feeling like “something isn’t working” in their life. Together, we work on changing patterns of behavior and focus on better understanding what’s causing discomfort.
I bring to my practice a true desire to help people, an empathic style, and a multitude of life experiences that enable me to relate to what others are going through.
